We had a very nice accomodation. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and profesional. I would recomend everybody this accomodation - we were a group of 43 people and everything run smoothly. Breakfast and dinner were all delicious.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Easy to access. Good parking. Good location to enjoy other communities such as Kayserburg, Riquewihr, and of course Colmar

We had a pleasant stay at the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. The whole premise was really clean and dinner was really yummy. I only hoped that we could have used the spa/wellness area for longer. 2 hours was not enough to relax and recover from sightseeing.

I had a very good experience at the hotel. I really liked the hotel and all its amenities. The receptionist and the waiter for dinner was great. If i had to make a remark it would be concerning the waitress during breakfast who lacked professionalism as she spent the whole time speaking at a table and was even sitting down at the table of the guests and not doing her job.

Terrible, at my time of online non refundable booking I was expecting the spa facilities to be open and especially the restaurant in the evening. 30 minutes after I booked I received a call to read my email regarding the closure of reception and restaurant on my visit. The restaurant was the main reason for visiting the hotel and staying overnight. Very very disappointed.

As indicated on your reservation confirmation via booking, the relaxation area is by reservation only. The restaurant is also by reservation. However, you have not contacted the hotel for any of these services. If this had been the case, we could have told you that unfortunately this evening the restaurant and the SPA were exceptionally closed due to lack of staff.
At no time was one of our colleagues able to tell you that the restaurant was closed due to lack of customers. You must have misunderstood.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. If you had taken care to contact us, we would have found a solution for your non-cancelable/non-refundable reservation.
