Tye stay was alright. The issue came from the new year's meal , the quality and cooking of the food were very disappointing for a menu price of 100 euros. In addition to that the jacuzzi was not working properly

We've chosen this hotel because of the spa, but there was no possibility to reserve it for s particular time frame at the time or booking and also when I was already in the spa, it has appeared that the main sauna, the primary reason why I was there, was not working. I wasn't offered any compensation for this inconvenience. Fish in the restaurant was too salty, but at least this time the waiter was speaking good English. Breakfast was surprisingly very good, worth of at least of of 4-star-hotel.

We would have preferred the pool to be open until 2100 so we could swim when we arrived. We didn't have time to swim in the morning either when it opened so late.

We had 2 rooms booked and all of us had a very nice experience at the hotel with very good breakfast. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Overall very good. Staff were polite and helpful. When I asked if there was an adaptor for a UK to Europe electrical plug as my own adaptor wasn't fitting the socket, one was provided to me. In general a relaxed atmosphere which was very welcome after a tiring drive through Switzerland on our return to the UK from Italy.
